Get Creative!
Today’s stress buster is Hermione’s Everyday Socks in Plymouth Yarn Zino. The yarn was purchased many years ago so I don’t know the color way as the label is a bit worn. I’m enjoying the pattern and my first attempt at magic loop socks. Food and nutrition are incredibly important to one’s health plan, but I also think it is important to find something that feeds your soul. When we stop stuffing our feelings with food as we transition out of the standard American diet, we need to find healthier and more productive ways to process our emotions. Creativity can be so very healing. Find something you love and go do it today.
