I got those handmade potholders for Christmas. Aren’t they cute?! They are a must if you reheat leftovers in glass containers. I keep a couple of potholders at my desk so I’m always prepared.
Lunch was a component meal, meaning I browned the meat with minimal seasoning so I could season the meal as I prepped my lunch. The veggies were roasted separately. I’ve seasoned the beef and mushroom mix with some of my Greek seasoning blend and balsamic vinegar. It’s not hard or complicated and that is just how I like it.
