Seasoning blends can be tricky when you buy them. Many manufacturers prefer to keep their ingredients a secret for a competitive advantage. As a business major, I get it. As someone with food sensitivities, I won’t buy a seasoning blend if I worry that it might have something in it that will cause a reaction.
This is my take on a Greek seasoning blend. Use it in salads, dressings, on meat, you name it.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
