Greek Vinaigrette
Boring salad dressings make me sad. I can suffer through a salad with olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice if I have to make do, but I don’t enjoy it. I prefer my dressings to have a punch of flavor.
This Greek Vinaigrette really delivers. It uses my Greek Seasoning Blend to give it a nice zest.
Ingredients
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons gluten-free mustard (I like spicy mustard)
2 teaspoons Greek seasoning blend
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well to combine. Store in an airtight, water-tight container in the refrigerator. Shake to recombine ingredients before using.
Good for about a week.
