Pumpkin Spice Mix
It’s that season. You know the one. The one where manufacturers find a way to “pumpkin spice” literally everything. For some, it gets old fast. If that is you, please ignore this recipe. On the other hand, if you are one of those crazy, wonderful people who loves everything pumpkin spiced, this recipe is for you. Personally, I’m somewhere in between. I love the smell and flavor of this stuff, but I’m not going to make a perfume out of it or anything.
This recipe originally appeared with my Pumpkin Custard recipe, but I thought it needed a page all its own. I use it in both my custard and my version of golden milk (recipe coming soon!). If you like to pumpkin spice your life, add a little of this to your coffee or whip up a batch of my Pumpkin Custard. Heck, you can even dab a little behind your ears. I won’t tell!
